Links and Buttons on the Referrals Order Template

You can use links and buttons on the Referrals Order template to complete the workflow easily.

Links, Check boxes, Fields	Description
Address Detail	Verifies and/or updates the referred to and referred by contact information
Internal referral	For internal communications
Clinical information/ Comments	Documents additional details
Attachments	Accesses the available attachment details
Instructions	Instructions that you provided to the patient
Summary of Care/Record sent	Indicates that the records are sent

The following icons and buttons are available on the Referrals tab:

Button/Icon	Description
	Provides information on associated core/menu objectives for Quality Reporting.
	Opens the to Quick Task Setup template, which enables you to set up a new quick tasking action.
Quick Task	Enables you to select the priority of and/or send the task to a pre-configured recipient for any further action.

Send Task	Enables you to notify another user about the referral.
