Impression of MPI Tests

The provider reviews Procedure Information and Findings, modifies if necessary, and enters the impression of the MPI test performed on the patient.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. Open the MPI-Card template.
   

3. For all impression statements, do one of the following:
   • Enter a comment in the corresponding field.
   • Click the S icon to open the Sentence Builder template.
4. From the Sentence Builder, do one of the following.
   • Select any of the Standard Sentences and click Save & Close.
   • Type a sentence in the Create New Custom Sentence field and click Add to add the value to the Custom Sentences grid.
   Alternatively, you can manually enter the Summary Statement field without using the Sentence Builder.
