Record Historical Test Results with Test Result Wizard

You can record historical test results with Test Result Wizard.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. Open the Procedures tab.
3. On the Cardiac Procedures panel, click CV Surgery.
   The Nga CDBP CARD Procs window opens.
4. Select TMVR and click OK.
   The Test Result Wizard window appears, along with a Date PopUp window.
5. Enter the procedure date in the Date PopUp window, and click Accept.
6. Select a Pre-op MR Severity, Post-op MR Severity, and Vendor from the respective from the respective grids.
   The system builds the result statements in the Result/Interpretation field.

   Note: You can only select one row in the first three grids. If you select a different row, the Result/Interpretation field updates with the last selection.

   

7. Select one or more rows in the Additional grid.
8. Enter Comments.
9. To attach a document or image to the procedure, select See scanned document.
10. To link the procedure to order, do the following.
    1. Click Link to an order.
    2. Select the current procedure from the list.
    3. Click OK.
11. Click Accept.
    The information has been added to the Cardiac Procedures grid on the Cardiac Procedures panel.
