Historical HPI Findings

Any dynamic HPI template includes the functionality for historical dynamic HPI data to be entered into the current dynamic HPI visit. Previous HPI content is limited to the following:

  • Onset
  • Modifying Factors
  • Context
  • Any section that does not have an E&M coding element
