Add an Dynamic HPI Reason

The Reason field on the Dynamic HPI Config practice template is configured to display the History of Present Illness (HPI) data. This reason appears in the Reason field on the dynamic HPI template. On the Dynamic HPI Config template, click the Reason field and enter a reason for the HPI. Reason HPI If applicable, enter the Specialty and the Provider for the reason for visit. Note: If you do not enter the Speciality and Provider, the Reason is available for all specialties and providers. If you selected an incorrect specialty or provider, click Clear. Set the Rules for Concatenating a Dynamic HPI Chief Complaint

Lab data from the Orders module and office labs can be added to the dynamic HPI. The data includes the Completed date, Description, and Results. Open the dynamic HPI template.
