The Prior medications link enables you to add the patient's previous medication data to the dynamic HPI.
Note: If you add prior medication data as a Findings section in the DHPI Config Practice template, you can view the data in the reason for visit panel.
Launch the dynamic HPI.
Click prior medications in the left pane.
Choose a sub-selection type of medication from the grid.
A list of medication appears.
Select the appropriate medication from the list in the grid.
