Click the Generate Patient Bill of Rights link to open the document listing the patient's rights during the procedure. You can print the document as a reference for the patient.
Close the document.
Select Check all check box to auto-select the following check boxes:
Received Patient Bill of Rights
Understands Patient Bill of Rights
You can clear the Check all check box and select either Received Patient Bill of Rights or Understands Patient Bill of Rights check box, as appropriate.
