Document the Pre-Procedure Care Details in the Pre-Procedure Care Panel

• Do one of the following:
  • If Blood Sugar lab was performed, enter result and time in the Result and today at fields respectively.
  • Select the N/A check box, if the Blood Sugar test was not performed.
• Do one of the following:
  • If the INR lab was performed, enter result, date, and time when the test was performed in the Result, Date and Time fields respectively.
  • Select the N/A check box, if the INR test was not performed.
