Enter the Client's Current Prescription Information

  1. On the Medication information panel, if the client is not on any medications and the grid is empty, select the None reported option.
  2. In the Active and inactive medications section, click in the grid to open the Medications module.
  3. When a row is populated, highlight it and click the Patient Education button to print out educational material associated with the selected prescription.
  4. To include medication details in the generated document, click Comments.
  5. Under Other medications Reported by Patient, use the Add, Update, Remove, and/or Clear buttons to enter the correct information into the grid.
  6. Click the Medication column heading to change the sort order in the grid.
  7. To document relevant information about past medications, click the Comments on past medications field.
