In the Active section on the Medication Information/Consent panel, select the Comments link to include relevant details.
To enter medications, select Add/Update.
The Medications module opens. Any medications you enter display in the medications grid on the Psych Eval (BH) template.
To reconcile medications, select Reconcile.
The Medication Review window opens and you can complete the reconciliation process.
In the Active Medications grid, highlight a medication.
The medication details display in the Medication field in the Medications Consent section.
In the Target Symptoms for Consent field, enter text.
In the How it was discussed field, select a method from the list.
Enter the Patient/Guardian Initials and the Provider Initials.
Select Add.
The details display in the grid.
In the Other Medications Reported by Patient and Comments on past medications fields, document medications not prescribed by the prescriber or facility.
In the Additional Medication Management Questions section, document the reactions and effects of current and past medications.
