Enter Group Information

Data that is pertinent to the entire group is entered on the Group Information panel. The information automatically appears on all of the client charts who are a member of this group.

  1. To document the group information in the Group Information panel, click the Name of group field to enter a value.
  2. Set a Date based on the day that the group meets.
  3. In the Duration field, select the number of minutes or hours.
  4. Enter the No. of attendees.
  5. To indicate the group is held offsite, place a check mark next to Offsite and type a description in the associated field.
  6. In the Co-facilitators section, click the Co-facilitator #1 name field to type a description.
  7. Type a value in the Co-facilitator #2 name field.
  8. In the Teaching Methods section, place a check mark next to one or as many of the following teaching methods as apply:
    • Audiovisual
    • Demonstration
    • Group discussion
    • Handout material
    • Homework assignment
    • Role-play
    • Other
  9. In the Evidence of learning section, click the Skill building/understanding field to select a score from 1-5; 1 representing poor and 5 being excellent, remembering that this score pertains to the whole group, not any individual in the group.
  10. Click the Attentiveness/participation field to enter a number.
  11. Enter the Name of problem/need addressed in group in the field.
