Enter Group Information

Data that is pertinent to the entire group is entered on the Group Information panel. The information automatically appears on all of the client charts who are a member of this group. To document the group information in the Group Information panel, click the Name of group field to enter a value. Set a Date based on the day that the group meets. In the Duration field, select the number of minutes or hours. Enter the No. of attendees. To indicate the group is held offsite, place a check mark next to Offsite and type a description in the associated field. In the Co-facilitators section, click the Co-facilitator #1 name field to type a description. Type a value in the Co-facilitator #2 name field. In the Teaching Methods section, place a check mark next to one or as many of the following teaching methods as apply: Audiovisual Demonstration Group discussion Handout material Homework assignment Role-play Other In the Evidence of learning section, click the Skill building/understanding field

Complete Behavioral Health Billing

For a group encounter, billing can be applied at the individual or group level. Data entered or modified in the group section appears for every member and cannot be modified at the individual level. The Start and End time buttons are available in both of these sections and on the Program Name panel for a group note. The values documented in either place are immediately reflected in the same fields on the other section. Entered times can be modified by clicking in the field. If desired, you can document the time values at a later date. It is important to follow the established format: 00:00 AM or PM. Navigate to the Signatures panel on the BH – Group Therapy Progress Note template. Do one of the following actions in either the Group or Individual section: Click the clock to enter the current value in the End time field. Enter Program Name

On the BH - Individual Counsel/Psych Prog Note template, expand the Program Name panel. Click the Program name field to select the appropriate name. To enter the Start time, do one of the following: Click the clock button to enter the current time in the field. In field, click to manually type the time. Previously entered times can be modified by clicking in the field. It is important to follow the established format: 0:00 AM or PM. Enter Program Information

To enter information in the General panel, click the Program name field. Note: Program names can be added and/or edited by the practice on the Custom Picklists Setup, system template. Entering a program name helps when setting up reports for the practice, but is not required. Select the appropriate name from the list. Enter the current time by clicking the Start button. Enter Program Information for a Psychiatric Evaluation

Navigate to the General panel and click the Program name field. Program names can be added and/or edited by the practice on the Custom Picklists Setup, system template. Select the appropriate name from the list. Click the clock button to enter the current time in the Start field. The Start and End buttons are available here and at the bottom of the Psychiatric Eval tab in the Behavioral health billing section.
