Entering a program name helps when setting up reports for the practice, but is not required. Select the appropriate name from the list. Enter the current time by clicking the Start button. Document Program Name for Groups
In the Program Name panel, select a Program name from the list. Note: The practice can edit this list as needed on the Custom Picklists Setup system template. A program name cannot be free typed in the field. Do one of the following to enter the Start time: Click the clock button to enter the current time in the field. Enter Program Information for a Psychiatric Evaluation
Navigate to the General panel and click the Program name field. Program names can be added and/or edited by the practice on the Custom Picklists Setup, system template. Select the appropriate name from the list. Click the clock button to enter the current time in the Start field. The Start and End buttons are available here and at the bottom of the Psychiatric Eval tab in the Behavioral health billing section. The values documented in either place are immediately reflected in the same fields in the other section. Entered times can be modified by clicking in the field. Document Admission Data
On the BH - Screening/Admission Note template, expand the Program Name panel. Click the Program name field to launch a list of choices. This list is not required and is customizable on the Custom Picklists Setup, system template. Set the Admission date. Enter a Service plan due date that is in the future. Click the clock button to enter the current time in the Start field. The Start and End buttons are available here and in the Behavioral health billing section at the bottom of the Screening/Admit tab. The values documented in either place are immediately reflected in the same fields on the other section. The entered times can be modified by clicking in the field. Complete the IAP General Panel
On the BH - Individualized Action Plan (IAP) template, click the Program name field to select an item from the list. Note: Program names can be added and/or edited by the practice on the Custom Picklists Setup, system template. Entering a program name helps when setting up reports for the practice but is not required. Set the Admission date. Enter an Effective date of initial IAP.
