Remove a Line Item from an Order Set

Modify an Existing Order Set
On the Order Set Configuration panel, select an order row from the grid. The fields above the grid fill with the existing order set data. Order Set Configuration Make modifications to the appropriate fields. Note: When you update a reference, the system clears the Developer and Funding Source fields and you can manually update the developer and funding source names, respectively. The Reference Updatedfield automatically populates with the current date. Click Update and then click OK. Click Save in the NextGen® Enterprise top toolbar. Delete Enterprise Class
In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Scheduling Administration > Enterprise Scheduling Administration. The Enterprise Scheduling Administration window opens. On the Enterprise Classes window, select the enterprise class that you want to delete. Select the open menu button, and then select Delete. A message appears asking you to confirm the deletion of the enterprise class. Select OK The enterprise class is removed from the Enterprise Classes window. Parent topic: Enterprise Class

Delete an Incorrect Order from an Order Set
On the My Custom Plan template, highlight the diagnosis. In the Order Options section, choose the Order Set from the Plan Type pane. Select On Row Select: Remove from Pending Orders. Do one of the following in the Pending Orders section: Click the appropriate order row in the grid to delete it from the set before selecting Place Order. Click Remove All. Remove an Order Set
On the Assessment Plan Customization template, choose a Display option to filter the grid under the Order Sets (My Plan/Custom Plan) section by the Current provider or All providers. Depending on how you configured the order set, select the Diagnosis Group, Provider, and/or Dept fields to select a value from the resulting list. Highlight the order set row in the grid to be deleted. Select Remove. Select Save & Close. Parent topic: Create a New Order Set

Remove CARD Procedure Orders Other Data Set Items
