Contact Information

The information displayed for each contact includes:

InformationDescription
Date / TimeThe encounter date and the actual time when the contact was recorded.
EmployeeThe individual who was logged in and recorded the contact.
ReasonThe reason stated by the patient or individual who initiated the contact for the contact.
StatusThe status of the contact. A status of Open means that the reason for the call has not been satisfactorily resolved or addressed and that further action is required. A status of Closed means that the reason for the call has been addressed and that no further action is required for this call.
CommentsShows any comments entered into the Comments field.
