Contact Information
The information displayed for each contact includes:
Information | Description |
---|---|
Date / Time | The encounter date and the actual time when the contact was recorded. |
Employee | The individual who was logged in and recorded the contact. |
Reason | The reason stated by the patient or individual who initiated the contact for the contact. |
Status | The status of the contact. A status of Open means that the reason for the call has not been satisfactorily resolved or addressed and that further action is required. A status of Closed means that the reason for the call has been addressed and that no further action is required for this call. |
Comments | Shows any comments entered into the Comments field. |
