Configure Inventory Items for Equipment Type

  1. On the Equipment Log practice template, expand the Inventory panel.
  2. Select an equipment type from the first left pane.
    The associated categories appear in the second left pane. The short description of the selected equipment type appears as the navigational tab above the first left pane.
  3. Select a category from the second left pane.
    The associated description appears in the right grid. The short description of the selected category appears as the navigational tab above the second left pane.
  4. Select a description from the right grid.
  5. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 to group the applicable categories and the associated descriptions.
    In run time, when you select a category and the associated description that is grouped for the inventory, the system auto-selects the rest of the categories and the associated descriptions within that group.

    The Clear button clears all the selections from the left panes and right grid.

  6. Click Add.
    The selected data appears in the grid at the bottom of the Inventory panel.
