Complete the Plan

  1. To complete the Plan panel, enter notes on the action plan between each session in the Plan/additional information field.
  2. To enter a lab, radiology, or diagnostic, office procedure orders, follow-up and referral instructions, or to review/cosign the orders, click the My Plan button.
    The My Plan tabbed template set opens on the My Plan tab to enter any necessary orders or client instructions.
  3. Click the Patient Plan button to generate and review the document.
    The Patient Plan button is also available from the Checkout tab (Given to Patent/Verified panel) for the document to be created as the client is leaving the office.
