The chief complaint options for the side, location, and symptom define the concatenation rules for the chief complaint in run time on the dynamic HPI template.
Note: It is not mandatory to select the options in all the three fields.
The options are as follows:

- right and left selections - indicates the laterality selection
- choose section - indicates the choice in a side section selection
- N/A - indicates that the side is not applicable for the chief complaint
