Add Practice-Specific Values in the Provider Level Picklist

  1. Log on to File Maintenance.
  2. Under Master Files, System, click EHR.
  3. Under EHR Master Files - System, click Practices.
    The Practices List window opens.
  4. Double-click the practice in the list to be modified.
  5. Click the Preferences button at the bottom of the Modify Practice Information window.

    The Practice Preferences window appears.
  6. In the Preference List, click Provider.
  7. Create the necessary User Defined Patient Providers.

  8. Click OK, OK, and Close to return to the EHR Master Files - System view.
