Add Multiple Mappings to a Field

  1. On the E&M Bullets and Field Mapping system template, map the field with the first appropriate bullet ID on the EM BULLET ID – FIELD MAPPING section, in the Page 2 (Mapping) section of the template.
  2. Navigate to the EM Field Maps section in the Page 3 (Fields) section, and select the applicable mapping row in the data grid.
  3. Click the EM Bullet ID field, above the data grid to launch the picklist.
  4. From the picklist, highlight the applicable bullet ID and click the Add button.
By default, the Any value for field gives coding point option is selected, and none is selected in the Specific Value field.
  5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 to add more bullet ID mappings.
In this example, the MS_All option is selected in the EM Type field, the pe_cardiovascular option is selected in the Table field, and the abnormal_s1_dtl option is selected in the Field Name field. The abnormal_s1_dtl field is already listed in the data grid, shown as being mapped to the EM Bullet ID option ms_cardio_1.

In this example, a second mapping is added, by selecting the Any value for field gives coding point option, and the Specific Value as none. Click the EM Bullet ID field, and select the ms_cardio_4 option with Palpation of heart” (for example, location, size, and thrills) description from the picklist.

  6. Click the Add button.

The second mapping appears in the data grid.

  7. When you have completed the changes, click the Apply Changes button to activate the changes.
