Add Diagnosis Plans

You can add diagnosis plans on the Card UPD Plan Types section in the Card Setup DAP Plans practice template.

Diagnosis plans that are added, as orders do not function unless you correctly configure the DB Picklist Manager in File Maintenance. For more information, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest File Maintenance Master Files Guide for NextGen® Enterprise.
  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
  2. In System \ Practice Template, open the Card Setup DAP Plans template.
  3. In the DIAGNOSIS PLAN ITEMS section, click the Plan Type link.
    The Card UPD Plan Types window opens.
  4. From the Card UPD Plan Types list, select a type.
  5. Click OK.
  6. In the DIAGNOSIS PLAN ITEMS section, in the top row, click the Plan Type, Diag Group, Choice, Plan, and AI cells, and select the values.
  7. To add an additional item to the plan type, click the Additional link and select an appropriate item.
  8. Click Add.
