Manage Additional Plans

You can modify a diagnosis plan using the Card Setup DAP Plans template in the System \ Practice template.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
  2. In System \ Practice Template, open the Card Setup DAP Plans template.
  3. In the ADDITIONAL PLAN ITEMS section, click the Menu Names link.
    The CARD UDP PlanAIMenuNames template opens.
  4. Select an item from the list.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Enter the choice name.

  7. Click Add.
  8. To update an additional plan item, select the choice item and click Update.
  9. To delete an additional plan item, select the choice item and click Delete.
