Add Diagnosis Assessments

You can add diagnosis assessments on the Card Setup DAP Assessments window.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. Open System/practice template and open Card Setup DAP Assessments.
3. On the Card Setup DAP Assessments template, go to the DIAGNOSIS ASSESSMENT section.
4. Click the Diagnosis Group link.
   

   The Getdxgroupbyreference window appears.
5. Select the Diagnosis Group and click OK.
   The diagnosis group gets added to the text area.
6. Click the Assessment Picklist link.
   The CARD UDP DiagAssessments window opens.
7. Select an assessment from the CARD UDP DiagAssessments list and click OK.
   The diagnosis assessment gets added to the text area.
8. Modify the field above Assessment, if required.
9. Click Add to add the diagnosis assessment to the grid.
