Add Additional Images to a Finding

You can attach a different image to the finding.

Each attached image has a unique name.
  • If you attach an image that was saved to the patient's chart, its name is retained, but you can assign another name.
  • If you attach an image from your file system or a web cam/video device, the GET names it as finding name - location, for example: Polyp - Ascending Colon.
  • If you attach an image that has the same name (description) as another image attached to a different finding, the name is followed by a number in parentheses. For example: Polyp - Ascending Colon, Polyp - Ascending Colon (2), and Polyp - Ascending Colon (3).
  1. In GET, click the Options and Settings Popup Menu button and select Finding Images from the menu.

  3. Drag the image onto the finding in the FINDINGS pane.

If you select the finding associated with an additional image in the procedure findings grid below GET, the image attached to the finding appears to the left of GET below the Findings section.
In the Findings panel, you can also attach an image to a finding using the Setting menu option of the Image section in the Findings panel.
