Add a Reason for Visit to the GET

You may find that you have reasons for visit that require a corresponding finding in GET. After you have added a reason for visit, you must configure it to add exam tools and findings.
  1. On the GET template, select the icon.
    The Options and Setting menu opens.
  2. From the menu, select Settings.
    The Graphical Exam Tool -Settings window opens.
  3. Click the Reasons for Visit tab.
  4. Click Add.
    A New Reason for Visit entry appears at the top of the Reasons for Visit list and the Properties pane shows the default values for new reason for visit.
  5. Click Name and type the name of the new reason for visit.
    Ensure that the name you specify matches precisely the name of the reason for visit on the Intake template.
  6. Click Save and then click Close.
