Add a New Common Assessment Page

  1. On the Common Assessments practice template, expand the Manage Common Assessment Page and Links panel.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Enter a new name that is not added to the list in the Common assessment page name field.
    • Click the Common assessment page name field to select an existing common assessment.
  3. Click the Template Link name field and select an option from the list.
This list indicates what the user sees in the patient's chart but not necessarily what template launches.
  4. Click the Specialty field and select an option from the list. You can select the All option or any of the individual specialty.
  5. Click the Age field and select an option from the list. You can select All, Adult, or Pediatrics.
  6. Click the Gender field and select an option from the list. You can select All, Male, or Female options.
  7. Click the Add/Update button to save the new common assessment page to the Common Assessment Pages grid.

  8. When you have completed the changes, scroll to the bottom of the template, and click the Save & Close button.
  9. After you define a common assessment page, you must also define the assessments that are to be part of the page in the Manage Common Assessments panel.
