Turn On the Detailed Sexual History Tab

You can turn on the Detailed Sexual History tab for your practice so that the providers can document the detailed sexual history of patients and their partners.

1. From the File menu, select System\Practice Template.
   The Select Template window opens.
2. On the Practice tab, double-click Practice Configuration.
   The Practice Configuration template opens.
3. Scroll to the SOGI/Transgender section.
   

4. From the third column, select the Enable Detailed Sexual History checkbox.
5. Scroll and then select Save and Close.
