Chart Summary

The Chart Summary template displays the details documented by the intake/clinical support staff and provider in the framework template set of the Procedure and Procedure Preadmission visit types. The left pane includes a list of categories to select and view the documented data. Some of the categories include filters at the top of the grid, allowing you to filter and review the required data. The data in the grid is read-only. The View Previous button is used to add data from the previous encounters to the current dynamic template. The Quick Save button is used to save the documented data of your current template/panel as a default set, allowing you to use it again when documenting on the same template/panel during future patient encounters. Medical Chart Summary Review by Provider

You can select and view the data documented by the Intake staff in the Medical Chart Summary panel. The Medical Chart Summary panel displays the details documented by the Intake staff and provider in an encounter. The details from the previous encounters also appear in this panel. The data grid includes a list of categories in the left pane. Some of the categories include filters in the grid, which allows you to filter and review the required data. Configuration of the Medical Chart Summary Panel

You can configure the items that appear in the left pane of the Medical Chart Summary panel. The Medical Chart Summary panel appears on the Home Page and the Summary templates. You can customize the navigation to include the Summary template. Review the Patient's Chart Summary

You can gain a complete picture of the patient's clinical history on the Chart Summary template. Use the links in the left pane to filter the patient's information. Each practice can configure the links in the left pane on the Framework Content system template in the Medical Chart Summary section. Patient's History Summary

The History Summary panel on the Intake template enables you to document a patient's past medical or surgical history, interim, social, family, and diagnostic study. It also displays the patient history documented by the Intake staff on the Histories template. You can add diagnostic studies with a documented Result or Interpretation to the grid in the Reason for Visit panel by clicking the Add to HPI Grid button. The grid includes a list of categories in the left pane to select and view the documented data. You can filter the patient history records by selecting the Medical History or Surgical History option. Open the Home Page Template

You can obtain the patient summary on the Home Page template. To open the Templates module on a patient encounter, do one of the following: On the Categories or Encounter History tab, select Open Template. On Top Toolbar, select Templates. On the main menu, select File > New > Template. The Select Template window opens. On the Medical Records tab, select All. Select Home Page, and then select OKThe Home Page template opens.
