Open the Home Page Template

You can obtain the patient summary on the Home Page template.

1. To open the Templates module on a patient encounter, do one of the following:
   • On the Categories or Encounter History tab, select Open Template.
   • On Top Toolbar, select Templates.
   • On the main menu, select File > New > Template.
   The Select Template window opens.
2. On the Medical Records tab, select All.
3. Select Home Page, and then select OK
   The Home Page template opens.
4. Select the specialty and visit type.
