Home Page - Ambulatory Surgery Template

The Home Page - Ambulatory Surgery template of the Procedure Preadmission visit type displays the data documented in the previous and/or current encounter by the scheduler or clinical support staff in the ASC - Scheduling Questions and ASC - Pre admission templates. This home page also displays the data documented by the provider and nurse in the framework template sets of the Procedure visit type, when the case ID of the encounters is same. Select the home icon on the navigational bar to open the Home Page - Ambulatory Surgery template. The scheduler or clinical support staff can review the documented data by the provider and proceed with the workflow in the ASC- Scheduling Questions template or ASC - Pre admission template. Manage Summary Selections on the Summary List

You can add, remove, and reorder the summary selections on the Summary list. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Framework Content system template. Select the Medical Chart Summary panel. To select an item in the list, select the list field on the Summary Item column, and select a summary item.The selected summary item appears in the field. To add the summary item to the grid, select Add. To rearrange the items in the Summary Listing grid in alphabetical order, select Sort Alphabetically. To remove a summary item, select a row in the grid, and select Delete. Review the Patient's Chart Summary

You can gain a complete picture of the patient's clinical history on the Chart Summary template. Use the links in the left pane to filter the patient's information. Each practice can configure the links in the left pane on the Framework Content system template in the Medical Chart Summary section.
