Perform a Follow-up on the Interview Questions Panel

In the Interview Questions panel, the clinical support staff performs a follow-up on the flagged questions. For information on follow-up questions, see Interview Questions Panel on the ASC - Scheduling Questions Template. In the Interview Questions panel, select the applicable or flagged question. The selected question appears in the Question field and the answers configured for the selected question appear in the Answer field. Note: If the scheduler has addressed the selected question on the ASC - Scheduling Question template, an asterisk (*) appears next to the selected answer in the Answer field. If applicable, select or modify the answer for the question.The selected answer appears in the grid. If configured on the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, an alert message appears for the appropriate action. Select Save & Next. After all the questions are answered, select the Sign off checkbox.The Completed by field appears with the name of the user logged on to the syste

Summary Panel on the Home Page - Ambulatory Surgery Template

The Summary panel displays the details documented by the scheduler, clinical support person, and provider in an encounter. The grid includes a list of categories in the left pane to select and view the documented data. The categories in the left pane can be added or deleted using the Framework Content system template. For more information on how to configure the categories in the left pane of the Summary panel, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the Framework Content System Template for NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine. Some of the categories include filters at the top of the grid, allowing you to filter and review the required data. The data in the grid is view-only, that is, you cannot edit or delete data from the grid. Summary To view or review the patient's medical chart summary, select the required link in the left pane. The documented details appear in the right grid. Note: The Summary panel options are dependent on the specialty selected and your version of

Home Page - Ambulatory Surgery Template

The Home Page - Ambulatory Surgery template of the Procedure Preadmission visit type displays the data documented in the previous and/or current encounter by the scheduler or clinical support staff in the ASC - Scheduling Questions and ASC - Pre admission templates. This home page also displays the data documented by the provider and nurse in the framework template sets of the Procedure visit type, when the case ID of the encounters is same. Select the home icon on the navigational bar to open the Home Page - Ambulatory Surgery template. The scheduler or clinical support staff can review the documented data by the provider and proceed with the workflow in the ASC- Scheduling Questions template or ASC - Pre admission template.
