You can add, remove, and reorder the summary selections on the Summary list.
 
  - Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
 
  - Open the Framework Content system template.
 
  - Select the Medical Chart Summary panel.
 
  - To select an item in the list, select the list field on the Summary Item column, and select a summary item.
   
    The selected summary item appears in the field.
   
 
  - To add the summary item to the grid, select Add.
 
  - To rearrange the items in the Summary Listing grid in alphabetical order, select Sort Alphabetically. 
 
  - To remove a summary item, select a row in the grid, and select Delete.
