Sort the Documentation Log Entries

The Documentation Log panel enables you to sort the entry types, categories, and descriptions. The entries in the run-time ASC Documentation Log template are in the same order as the entries in the Documentation Log panel.

  1. On the Documentation Log Config practice template, expand the Documentation Log panel.
  2. To sort an entry type, do the following:
    1. Select an entry type in the first left pane.
    2. Click the up or down arrow below the first left pane.
    The selected entry type moves to the new position.
  3. To sort a category or sub-category, do the following:
    1. Select an entry type in the first left pane.
      The associated categories appear in the second left pane.
    2. Select a category.
    3. If available, select a sub-category.
    4. Click the up or down arrow below the second left pane.
    The selected category or sub-category moves to the new position.
  4. To sort a description, do the following:
    1. Select an entry type in the first left pane.
      The associated categories appear in the second left pane.
    2. Select a category.
    3. If available, select a sub-category
      The descriptions associated with the category or sub-category appear in the right grid.
    4. Select a description.
    5. Click the up or down arrow below the right grid pane.
      The selected description moves to the new position.
