You can review and update medication allergies of a patient.
 
  You can update and review a patient's allergy information in the Allergies panel.
 
 
  - Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
 
  - Review the allergies, and select one of the following checkboxes.
   
    - To indicate that you have reviewed and updated the allergy information during the current encounter, select Reviewed, updated.
 
    - To indicate that a patient with existing allergies has no changes, select Reviewed, no changes.
 
   
 
  - To update an allergy record, do the following:
   
    
     - Select the grid row for the allergy record and select Update to modify the details on the Medication Allergies module.
