Remove a Test Description for an Intervention Equivalent

You can remove a description of an intervention or a test for a patient's guideline.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. From File, select System \ Practice Template.
   The Select Template window opens.
3. On the Practice tab, select the All option.
4. Select Care Guideline Setup, and then select OK.
   The Care Guideline Setup practice template opens.
5. Expand the Interventions/Test Equivalent Codes/Descriptions panel, and then select the description in the Description Equivalent grid.
   The description appears in Intervention description equivalent.
6. Select Remove.
   The grid no longer displays the description.
