You can view the details of communication between a practice and a patient using the Communication panel.
The details of the communication are documented in the Telephone Call or Telephone Communication template. The badge count in the panel header provides the number of open items in the communication queue. The Filter field at the beginning of the grid allows the provider to filter the communication details based on the status. You can select the category from the left pane to filter and review the items by category. The numbers beside the items in the left pane indicate the number of items in the queue.
