Patient Demographic Template

The Patient Demographic Template section allows you to configure the following: Patient Checked In options - If you select email, tasking, or pt. tracking option, Patient Checked In on the Patient Demographics template opens the corresponding template. For example, if you select pt. tracking option, the system opens the Patient Tracking template from Patient Checked In. The do not use, hide btn option hides Patient Checked In on the Patient Demographics template. Patient Demographics template Set fields to Read-Only - If you select the Make fields on patient template read-only checkbox, the patient and person fields such as name and contact information appear unavailable to edit on the run-time templates. However, values in the patient and person fields can be edited in the Patient Information panel on the Patient Demographics template of the chart. Patient's Vital Signs Review by Provider

You can review the vital signs of a patient using the Vital Signs panel that displays the patient's vital signs documented by the Intake staff. You can manage vital signs associated with the patient.
