Open the Recommended Care Practice Template

You can access the Recommended Care practice template using the Care Guideline Setup practice template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From File, select System \ Practice Template.The Select Template window opens. On the Practice tab, select the All option. Select Care Guideline Setup, and the select OK.The Care Guideline Setup practice template opens. Expand the Manage Groups and Options panel, and select the Recommended Care link.The Recommended Care practice template opens. Display Questions on the Screening Questions Panel

You can view and select the Screening Questions to document the additional information. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select the Care Guidelines link on any of the main template. The Care Guidelines Paged View template opens. In the Care Guidelines panel, select the Grid View link. The Care Guidelines grid view template opens. Select a condition listed in the left side pane of the Care Guidelines grid view template. Screening questions corresponding to the selected condition appear on the panel. Access the Care Coordination Home Template

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Top Toolbar, select Templates icon. To view all the available templates, select All. On the Medical Records tab, search for and select Care Coordination Home. Open Links from the Navigation Bar

Open the Care Guidelines Clear and Restore Practice Template

You can clear and restore the content of a care guideline for a patient using the Practice template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From the File menu, Select System/Practice Templates.The Select Template window opens. From the Practice tab, select All.A list of practice-level templates opens. Open the Visit Type Configuration Window
