Select Specialty and select a specialty from the list.
The grid displays the medical conditions configured for the selected specialty.
To view medical conditions configured for a specific practice, select Practice and select the practice from the list.
Select a Filter above the grid to filter data in the grid.
The grid displays medical conditions associated with the selected filter condition. For more information on how to filter conditions in the Past Medical History panel, see Filter the Medical Conditions.
Highlight a condition in the grid to be modified.
The data populate in the fields above the grid.
Make relevant edits in the applicable fields, and then select Update.
