Modify the Medical Conditions

In the Past Medical History panel, you can update the medical conditions in the grid. Access the Configure Medical, Surgical, Family Hx system template. Expand the Past Medical History panel. Select Specialty and select a specialty from the list.The grid displays the medical conditions configured for the selected specialty. To view medical conditions configured for a specific practice, select Practice and select the practice from the list. Select a Filter above the grid to filter data in the grid.The grid displays medical conditions associated with the selected filter condition. For more information on how to filter conditions in the Past Medical History panel, see Filter the Medical Conditions. Highlight a condition in the grid to be modified. The data populate in the fields above the grid. Make relevant edits in the applicable fields, and then select Update.The updated conditions appear in the grid. Filter the Medical Conditions

In the Past Medical History panel, you can filter the medical conditions in the grid using the Filter options and fields. Access the Configure Medical, Surgical, Family Hx system template. Expand the Past Medical History panel. Select Specialty and select a specialty from the list.The grid displays the medical conditions configured for the selected specialty. To view medical conditions configured for a specific practice, select Practice and select the practice from the list. To filter medical conditions in the grid, use a filter above the grid as follows: Select Standard and Sub header Conditions to view only the Standard and Sub Header type of conditions. Select Sub-Item and select a sub-header from the list to view the sub-items of the selected sub-header. Select Body system name and select a body system to view the conditions associated with the body system. The grid reloads to display data associated with the selected filter condition. Configure Past Medical History Condition

Access the Configure Medical, Surgical, Family Hx system template. Expand the Past Medical History panel. To configure specialty-specific medical conditions, click Specialty and select a specialty from the list. To configure the medical conditions for a specific practice, click Practice and select the practice from the list. To clear the value from the Practice field and start over, select Clear. Select Sync Specialty and practice on all panels to synchronize the selected Specialty and Practice values on the following panels: Management Items Past Surgical History Family History Select one of the following Type options to select the type of condition: Standard Sub Header Sub-item - If you select Sub-item, a list of configured sub-headers appears. Select a sub-header from the list. The selected sub-header appears in the corresponding field. Remove a Medical Condition

In the Past Medical History panel, you can remove a medical condition from the grid. Access the Configure Medical, Surgical, Family Hx system template. Expand the Past Medical History panel. Select Specialty and select a specialty from the list.The grid displays the medical conditions configured for the selected specialty. To view medical conditions configured for a specific practice, select Practice and select the practice from the list. Select a Filter above the grid to filter data in the grid.The grid displays medical conditions associated with the selected filter condition. For more information on how to filter conditions in the Past Medical History panel, see Filter the Medical Conditions. Change the Order of the Surgical Conditions

The options in the Surgical panel on the Past Medical History template in run time are in the same order as the conditions in the grid in the Past Surgical History panel. You can only sort or change the order of the Standard and Sub header conditions in the grid. The Sub-Items are sorted alphabetically by default. The Sort alphabetically or Change order options are not applicable for Sub-Items. Access the Configure Medical, Surgical, Family Hx system template. Expand the Past Surgical History panel. Select Specialty and select a specialty from the list.The grid displays the surgical conditions configured for the selected specialty. To view surgical conditions configured for a specific practice, select Practice and select the practice from the list. The Family History panel enables you to update the family history conditions in the grid. Access the Configure Medical, Surgical, Family Hx system template. Expand the Family History panel. Select Specialty and select a specialty from the list.The grid displays the family health conditions configured for the selected specialty. To view family health conditions configured for a specific practice, select Practice and select the practice from the list. Select a Filter above the grid to filter data in the grid.The grid displays family health conditions associated with the selected filter condition. For more information on how to filter conditions in the Family History panel, see Filtering the Family Health History Conditions. Highlight a condition in the grid to be modified.The data appears in the fields above the grid. Make relevant edits in the applicable fields, and select Update.The changes are updated in the grid.
