Remove a Family Health History Condition

The Family History panel enables you to remove a family health condition from the grid. Access the Configure Medical, Surgical, Family Hx system template. Expand the Family History panel. Select Specialty and select a specialty from the list.The grid displays the family health conditions configured for the selected specialty. To view family health conditions configured for a specific practice, select Practice and select the practice from the list. Select a Filter above the grid to filter data in the grid.The grid displays family health conditions associated with the selected filter condition. For more information on how to filter conditions in the Family History panel, see Filter the Family Health History Conditions. Highlight the row to be removed, and then select Remove.The selected family health condition is removed from the grid. Parent topic: Family Health History Conditions

Filter the Family Health History Conditions

The Family History panel enables you to filter the family health history conditions in the grid using the Filter options and fields. Access the Configure Medical, Surgical, Family Hx system template. Expand the Family History panel. Select Specialty and select a specialty from the list. The grid displays the family health conditions configured for the selected specialty. To view family health conditions configured for a specific practice, select Practice and select the practice from the list. To filter family health conditions in the grid, use a filter above the grid as follows: To view only the Standard and Sub header type of conditions, select Standard and Sub header Conditions. To view the sub-items of the selected sub-header, select Sub-Item and select a sub-header from the list. To view the conditions associated with the body system, select Body system name field and select a body system. The grid reloads to display data associated with the selected filter condition. Change the Order of the Family History Conditions

The options in the run-time Family Health History template are in the same order as the conditions in the grid in the Family History panel. You can only sort or change the order of the Standard and Sub header conditions in the grid. The Sub-Items are sorted alphabetically by default. The Sort alphabetically or Change order options are not applicable for Sub-Items. Access the Configure Medical, Surgical, Family Hx system template. Expand the Family History panel. Select Specialty and select a specialty from the list.The grid displays the family health conditions configured for the selected specialty. To view family health conditions configured for a specific practice, select Practice and select the practice from the list. Select the filter Standard and Sub header Conditions option above the grid.The Change order and Sort alphabetically options become available. Select the Change order option. Modify the Medical Conditions

In the Past Medical History panel, you can update the medical conditions in the grid. Access the Configure Medical, Surgical, Family Hx system template. Expand the Past Medical History panel. Select Specialty and select a specialty from the list.The grid displays the medical conditions configured for the selected specialty. To view medical conditions configured for a specific practice, select Practice and select the practice from the list. Select a Filter above the grid to filter data in the grid.The grid displays medical conditions associated with the selected filter condition. For more information on how to filter conditions in the Past Medical History panel, see Filter the Medical Conditions. Highlight a condition in the grid to be modified. The data populate in the fields above the grid. Make relevant edits in the applicable fields, and then select Update.The updated conditions appear in the grid.
