Map Coded Result Questions to Answers

You can map the coded result questions to answers by using the Coded Result Question to Answer Mapping template.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. From File, select System \ Practice Template.
   The Select Template window opens.
3. On the Practice tab, select the All option.
4. Select Coded Results Mapping, and then select OK.
   The Coded Results Mapping template opens.
5. Select the Question option, and then select the Mappings link.
   The Coded Result Question to Answer Mapping template opens.

   

6. In Answer/ Value, select an answer from the list, and then select OK.
7. Select Add, and then select Close.
