You can copy the coded results mapping records defined for a practice to the other practices in your enterprise. You need to create the mappings for one practice only; you do not need to recreate the mappings for all practices.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- On the Coded Results Mapping template, select the Copy records to practice field.
The Practice window displays the practices in your enterprise.
- Select a practice, and select OK.
The selected practice appears in the
Copy records to practice field.
- Select Copy.
The Copy records window appears asking to confirm the action.
- Select Yes.
A confirmation window appears indicating that the records copied successfully to the target practice.
