Manage Review of Systems on SOAP

You can add or edit the symptoms documented by the intake staff in the Review of Systems panel on the SOAP template.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. Open the SOAP template.
3. To document multiple systems on one template, do the following:
   1. In the Review of Systems panel, select the one page ROS link in the left pane.
   2. Document the findings on the respective ROS template.
   3. Select Save & Close.
4. To document the findings for a single system, do the following:
   1. In the Review of Systems panel, select a single system in the left pane.
   2. Document the findings on the system specific ROS template.
   3. Select Save & Close.
5. To edit a system, do the following:
   1. In the Review of Systems panel, select a record.
   2. Edit the details on the respective ROS template.
   3. Select Save & Close.
