You can update or delete a phrase in the My Phrases grid.
 
  You can update or delete a phrase in the My Phrases grid using the Update My Phrase or Delete button respectively. However, these options are disabled for Common Phrases.
  
 
  - Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
 
  - On the respective template or section, select the My Phrases/ Common Phrases or My Phrases link.
   
    The Manage My Phrases/Common Phrases template opens.
   
 
  - On the Manage My Phrases/Common Phrases template, select My Phrases.
   
    All My Phrases appear in the My Phrases grid.
   
 
  - In the My Phrases grid, select a phrase.
   
    The selected phrase appears in the Phrase field.
   
 
  - Do one of the following:
   
    - To update a phrase, modify the phrase, and select Update My Phrase.
 
    - To delete a phrase, select Delete.
 
   
   
    Note: Ensure that the Add Phrase on one click checkbox is not selected.
