You can add phrases to the My Phrases/Common Phrases lists.
 
  - Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
 
  - On the respective template or panel, select the My Phrases/ Common Phrases or My Phrases link.
   
    The Manage My Phrases/Common Phrases template opens.
   
 
  - Select My Phrases.
 
  - Select My phrase type.
 
  - In My phrase summary, enter a brief description of the phrase.
 
  - In the Phrase field, enter the phrase.
   
    Note: The Characters left to insert label indicates the number of characters remaining in the Phrase field. You can enter a maximum of 1000 characters in this field.
    
 
     
  - Select Create My Phrase. 
   
    The phrase appears in the My Phrases grid.
