Manage Customized Screening Tool Questions

You can update or remove a question in the customized screening tool.

1. Open the Custom Screening Tool Builder template.
2. In the Screening Tool Name grid, select the tool for which you want to update or remove the question.
   The name of the selected tool appears in the Add Questions section and its questions appear in the question grid.
3. To update a question, select the question in the grid, make the desired changes in the Question field, and then select Update.
4. To remove a question, select the question in the grid,, and select Remove.
5. Select Save and Close.
