You can create a customized screening tool on the Custom Screening Tool Builder system template.
- Open the Custom Screening Tool Builder template.
- In the Step 1 - Name That Tool section, type a tool name for that tool.
- To select a specialty, do one of the following:
- To configure a screening tool for all specialties, select All.
- To configure a screening tool for specific specialties, select Custom, and then select the desired specialties on the Specialty selection window.
- In Interpretation, select the field type, and configure the interpretations.
Note: The
Configure text link appears when
Picklist (only) or
Free text/Picklist option is selected.
Your data on Custom Screening Tool Builder template gets reflected on the Screening Tool Log Configuration template.
- Under Score, select the field type, and select Add.
Note: You can make the Interpretation and Score required by using the check boxes in the Required field.
The custom screening tool name appears in the Screening Tool Name grid.
- In the Step 2 - Add Questions section, add the questions, and select Add.
- In the Step 3 - Add Answer Options section, add the answer options for each question, and select Add.
- Select Save and Close.
The new screening tool appears in the
Screening Tools Available section on the
