Add Answers to Questions for the Customized Screening Tool

You can add answers for questions that have been configured for the custom screening tool.

1. Open the Custom Screening Tool Builder template.
2. In the Screening Tool Name grid, select the tool for which you want to add the answer.
   The name of the selected tool appears in the Add Questions section and its questions appear in the question grid.
3. Select the question for which you want to add the answer options.
   The selected question appears in the Add Answer Options section.
4. To add Yes and No options, select <Add Yes/No>.
5. To add a free text answer option, select <Add free text option>.
6. To add specific text as an answer option, type your answer in the Answer box, and then select Add.
7. Select Save and Close.
