Generate the Obstetrics Crystal Report

You can generate the OB Crystal report from the Prenatal Detail template.

1. In Home Page or Intake template, select Obstetrics as the specialty and OB Prenatal Initial as the visit type for the initial prenatal visit, or OB Prenatal for the follow-up visit.
   If the report is being generated outside of a visit, select Chart Update - OB as the visit type.
2. Select the Prenatal Detail tab and then select the Prenatal Record button in the Assessment/Plan panel.
   The OB Crystal Report is generated and displays data entered from the Gestational Age, Histories, Education, and Prenatal Detail templates.

   Note: The OB Crystal Report must only be generated from the Prenatal Detail template and not from File > Reports > Crystal Report. To save the OB Crystal Report to the chart, the practice must set up a pathway to store the report in System Administrator.
